Shanghai World Music Festival,History Review

The 2013 Shanghai World Music Festival was held in May and October. A total of 30 groups and artists from 20 countries were invited. The theme was ‘Listening to the World’, and through it, it exemplifies the beauty man can experience through his auditory senses. To reify the sanctity and solemnity of the Church Choir, one of the venues chosen was a church. This allowed the audience to fully experience the music in its original religious context.
